THE FLOOR IS MADE OF LAVA are standing on the threshold of releasing the second single from the successful album "Howl at the moon", that went into the charts as the highest placed new albums. The song "Leave me now (Leave me tomorrow)" will follow up the first single "All outta love".  The single "Leave me now..." will be released as a digital download as well as 7" vinyl (Limited Edition), both formats will include the bonus track "Boys Love Girls Love Boys" which was recorded along side the album, the digital single also includes a semi acoustic version of "All Outta Love" with an early demo version of "Leave Me Now....." both singles are released Tuesday the 25th of may.. The single "Leave Me Now..." is all about something as commenplace as love, a relationship with up´s and down´s, and even how you can love someone so much that you cant live without them, no matter what. As explaned by frontman Tobias Kippenberger, "It can be blinding to be in romantic relationship, but in one way or another I have to believe in true love, or just move away from it all and bury my head in the sand. As long as we have a heart, we have to follow it, even if it is hopeless". The video for the single "Leave me now..." is directed by Casper Balslev, who´s earlyer work includes videos for Ladyhawke, The Presets and Danish Duné.  Tobias Kippenberger had this to ad: "We have wanted to work together for some time, finally talking him into it after some brainstorming on idea´s for the video, which went something like, 4 different women on stage instead of us. Within 2 weeks we had all production up and runing, and then put the rest of our idea´s into action, the result shows a hole lotta heart, from Casper, the band and everyone involved in the project. The energy and nerve it took to work to such a sharp deadline shines through in the end result, much similar to peforming live.
